The Strathfield project involved constructing a new first floor addition alongside the home’s existing upper level, increasing the available living space without changing the overall character of the property.
The new level included additional bedrooms, an ensuite and a front deck, giving the family the extra space they needed while making better use of the existing home.
THE BUILD
A straightforward addition with careful integration
The main focus was on integrating the new work cleanly with the existing first floor, coordinating the structure, roof form and external finishes so the addition felt like part of the original home.
The result was a functional extension of the upper level that created significantly more usable space for the family without the need to relocate.
