Randwick – Complete Renovation & Outdoor Upgrade

A major renovation that transformed the home internally while retaining the original front façade, together with a new pool, rear deck, garage and automated entry.

The Randwick project involved a comprehensive internal renovation, including a new kitchen, new bathroom, upgraded lounge and dining areas, new flooring, painting and general refurbishment throughout the home.

New windows were introduced to the rear and side of the house, while the original front façade was retained. The result was a substantially updated home without losing the character of the street-facing elevation.

Externally, the works included a new swimming pool, a new rear deck, an engineered single-sided steel carport structure and automatic gates, completing the overall upgrade of the property.

Coordinating a full internal and external upgrade

The project required careful coordination between the internal renovation and the new external works, with the pool, deck, carport and automated entry all being delivered as part of the wider transformation.

By retaining the original front façade while substantially rebuilding and upgrading the rest of the property, the finished home combined its existing street character with a much more modern internal layout and outdoor living environment.
