Dover Heights – Renovation for Sale

A comprehensive renovation focused on modernising an older home, improving its presentation and creating a stronger indoor and outdoor living environment ahead of sale.

The Dover Heights project involved updating an older home throughout, including a small front extension with balcony over, new front windows, a new front deck and extensive external improvements.

Internally, the renovation included a new kitchen, new bathrooms and general upgrades to improve the home’s presentation and functionality.

At the rear, access areas were renovated, the garage was updated by squaring off the original curved openings, and the house and garage were completely re-rendered. An outdoor living area was also created above the garage, with landscaping added to improve the overall finish.

Careful structural alterations and a complete external upgrade

The project included structural alterations to existing openings, with steel used where required to support the revised layout and new architectural elements.

The overall focus was on coordinating the internal renovation with the external improvements so the finished property presented as a cohesive, modernised home rather than a series of separate upgrades.

The result was a substantial transformation of the original property, improving its street presence, internal finishes and outdoor living areas in preparation for sale.
