Panania – Rear Extension & Complete Renovation

A substantial renovation and rear extension that upgraded the home inside and out, including new living areas, kitchen, bathroom, windows, roofing and a new front carport.

The Panania project involved a rear extension with a family room, bedrooms and bathroom to create additional living space, together with extensive renovation works throughout the existing home.

The works included a new kitchen, a new rear bathroom, replacement windows, a complete new roof and a new front carport, along with general upgrades to improve the function and presentation of the property.

The renovation was coordinated so the new extension and updated finishes worked with the original home rather than feeling like separate additions.

A coordinated renovation from front to back

The project involved working across multiple parts of the existing house at the same time, including the rear extension, internal renovation, roofing and new front carport.

Careful sequencing was required to integrate the new work with the existing structure while maintaining a consistent finish across the completed home.

The result was a more functional and modern home with improved internal spaces, a stronger rear living area and a refreshed street presentation.
